This is some new Heavy Duty Pallet Racking with Meshdeck inserts that have been installed into the Oceania Dairy Factory just outside of Glenavy.

Longspan Shelving with Stepped beams which has been installed at the Oceania Dairy Factory. There is a huge number of stored products which need to be easily accessed is this facility so making best use of the allocated space is crucial. There are a large number of bays with each bay having several shelves so each product can be easily found and accessed if and when required.

The Oceania Dairy Factory requested a custom made Shelfsmart workbench with a backboard. This workbench also has a louvre panel attached to the backboard so that storage bins or hooks which hang accessories can be accessed easily from the bench making things tidier and more efficient for the staff accessing this area.

New Pallet Racking installed for Custom Aeronautical which consists of some bays with 3 levels and some bays with 4 levels working around the shed strut supports. Each upright is secured to the floor with 4 dynabolts as this pallet racking is 4.2m high.

Shown here is a "special make" Packing Bench for NZ Couriers which has a working shelf at 800mm high, is 1220mm deep and is separated into 3 bays. NZ Couriers requested a customised packing bench which will add to the efficiency of storage and dispatch for them and the guys at NZ Couriers were great to deal with in having this item made.
